WHAT IS SLANG?
Slang words are words which are used in a familiar way. Therefore they are more common in speech than in writing. In addition these words and expressions are used in a casual conversation with friends or family. You probably wouldn't use slang with your boss!

How It Got Started
Can we learn "everyday life" English, Miss?
